Player Co-Creation

NPCDICE creates tabletop products with players. Explore dice, trays, storage, accessories, and gaming tables, then share the idea you wish existed at your table.

Players bring the idea.We make it together.

NPCDICE creates tabletop products with players. You know what game night needs. We bring ideas into design, product development, and production—then work to make the best ones useful to more tables.

OUR CULTURE OF CO-CREATION

Made with players, for the moments around the table.

Players are part of how NPCDICE imagines what comes next. You bring the lived experience: what works, what gets in the way, and what you wish existed. We bring design, product development, and the work of making it real.

We listen, explore ideas together, refine the details, and develop selected concepts into products. When a project is ready, we want it to give something back to the community that inspired it: useful gear, better game nights, and more room for the next great idea.

This is a shared creative journey—from a player's first “what if?” to something the whole party can use.
THE PLAYER

Brings the real table need

Ideas grow from real sessions, collections, play styles, and the small things players want to improve.

NPCDICE

Helps shape and make it

We explore design, materials, feasibility, and a path toward a product.

THE COMMUNITY

Gets to share the result

A selected idea can reach beyond its first table and become part of more adventures.

THE TABLE IS OUR CREATIVE SPACE

What do you want to make better?

Pick a part of game night to explore. Every category is an open invitation for player ideas—not a limit on what you can suggest.

A better roll starts with a better idea.

Explore dice in different materials, shapes, colors, themes, and number styles. Bring us a character concept, a material you love, or a feature you wish your dice had.

FROM PLAYER IDEA TO GAME NIGHT

We build it side by side.

Follow the four stages from a player’s first idea to a product more tables can enjoy.

01

You tell us what your table needs.

Share the moment that sparked the idea: a rolling problem, a missing tool, a storage headache, or a product you wish existed.

PLAYER VOICE · THE STARTING POINT
02

We shape the idea into a product direction.

NPCDICE and the player explore who it is for, what it should do, which materials may fit, and what needs to be tested.

SHARED DESIGN · CLEAR USE CASE
03

We refine it with feedback.

When a concept moves forward, player reactions help us review details and improve the experience before wider release.

ITERATION · TABLE-READY DETAILS
04

We find a way to bring it to more tables.

NPCDICE may invest in developing and producing a selected idea. For some projects, community crowdfunding may be a way to measure support and help fund a launch.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT · POSSIBLE CROWDFUNDING
A PROJECT NEEDS THE RIGHT PATH

Good ideas deserve an honest plan.

Not every idea will become a product. We review concepts for player value, design possibilities, and production feasibility. For ideas we choose to develop, we'll explain the next steps and what participation means before asking anyone to commit.

NPCDICE development

For selected concepts, NPCDICE can take the idea into design, prototyping, and production planning.

Community crowdfunding

Where it makes sense, a campaign can invite players to support a project before it is produced. Timing and terms would be shared clearly for each project.
